Folks,
I'm trying to get a Teknic Power Hub 4 working in my system. When I apply power, the hub does not engage the motors. I find I have to de-assert and re-assert 24V power to the hub to get the main power to engage the drives. After that, things seem stable. Does anyone else have this problem? Seems like there is a race condition going on with the board.

Re: Teknic Power Hub - No startup
When I had my Power Hub 4 connected to my ClearPath motors with 24VDC connected to the hub and applied 75VDC motor voltage to the Hub, the motors locked on as soon as I turned on the motor enable signal.
24VDC = ON
75VDC = ON
Enable = ON
24VDC = ON
75VDC = ON
Enable = ON

Mike,
Curious. Do you happen to have a revision number on the board. I'm wondering if my board might be an older one.
Thanks,
Mike

I can't find a revision number, but the serial number is 1836000087. The board was purchased about this time last year.

Re: Teknic Power Hub - No startup
OK, senior moment. Turns out my board was from a early revision that had this problem. The Teknic folk reminded me of the original problem. they took care of me on this one. . . . .Now where did I put my glasses . . . .
