Hello all I am a newbie I am having trouble with the acorn communicating with my computer I watch the setup videos check and re checked all conections I had my computer guy come over and ensure my ethernet cable and computer was set up properly firewall is off and windows was setup is proper.
Still I am not able to establish a connection
When I power up the board I get a heartbeat all so all the lights come on on the board the light on the right hand side of the ethernet flashes as if it is trying to communicate but I still get the error to comunicate
I would appreciate some help thats

Is the Ethernet address set correctly on the computer? Watch the video on how to configure Windows 10 for CNC12 use and follow each step exactly.

Yes ethernet is updated and windows is configured correctly

Did you try another cable so you can eliminate that as the issue? Then walk through the settings again one by one, walk away from the PC, take a break, then come back, you might just be overlooking something very simple.
