Jasic/Unimig is extremely common here in Australia. Yes they are made in china but they seem to be quality machines, not like the Ebay junk. CEA are also another unit and it is made in Italy. I am happy to run a few test cuts on my table with a scope connected to the 10v divider and send you a report if it would be of any help. I am currently running Mach3 with fibre THC unit but learning Intercon on my lathe has completely converted me so now I want to upgrade the table and convert my mill :)

scope shots of the divided voltage output while cutting at the cut height would be great. toss them up full res on a google photo album and post the link here.

I use a Thermal Dynamics/Victor/ESAB unit. As long as the acorn is ok with the 50:1 voltage divider should be good running my non certified junk.

I think PrimeWeld's Cut60 machine would be worth looking at. If my Hypertherm 45 ever goes out, I was going to look into this as a replacement.

we have one, so far not good. will test some more but we put it on the shelf for now.

Lincoln Flex cut has been working now for two weeks so it will most likely be added to the approved list.

Thanks Keith. Good to know. Have you expressed your concerns with PrimeWeld? From what I've seen they are very receptive to criticism/suggestions.

We have been working with PrimeWeld. I do not know where they stand but have inquired.
