Relay board

Im tring to connect my router to acorn and cnc12. I cant get any of the buttons on control panel to toggle the relays i currently have a relay 2 on acorn connected to my contactor for the router i can go into the diagnostics screen and turn on output 2 but i cant get the spindle control on the virtual panel to turn it on even when its set to manual. I cant get any of the buttons to toggle any relays and spin/brake button was toggling relay 3 but it wont do that now..i dont know if i accidentally hit a wrong button or just whats going on
