Just one more thing,, i dont understand how to wire manual tools release,, can somone enlightened me how to wire it up,, i wire pin 4,5,7 to 24v, and pin 6,7 to 0v, and button don't work,, i got light only no the button,

Quadrature error means that the A/B pulses are not being received in the proper order. This is usually a faulty encoder, or a wiring error. Make sure you are using twisted pair and shielded wiring for the encoder wires. The shield should be connected at one end only, and make sure both A and B phases are correctly connected.

I do not recommend using terminal blocks with shielded wires. Things like encoder wiring, motor leads from vfd's, and analog I/O I prefer to wire point to point to reduce the possibility of noise being introduced.

You cut off the page with the sensor. I see ONE. PNP is not compatible with Centroid inputs. NPN is. You would need an opto relay board to convert the signal to dry contact relay.
Tom looks like he has a connector that brings the encoder signals back and other signals back through one cable. I agree however, best to bring the encoder wiring straight to the encoder port unbroken.
Rosmadi, can you go in to F1 Setup, F3 config, PW 137, then go to the PID screen, turn the spindle and see if the encoder counts are changing on Line 5?

Well at least the control is seeing some signal. The error can be noise, it can be an incompatible signal.
What is the native encoder count? If for example, it is 2000, then the value you should set in the Spindle section of the Wizard, should be 4x that value, in this example 8000.
Is the cable from the encoder shielded? How did you ground the shield? Is the cable TO Acorn's spindle encoder shielded? Its drain wire should only be grounded by soldering it to the shell of the 9 pin connector. In the best case, the ground from the encoder should be carried to the db9 shell and grounded.
Please describe the spindle encoder, how the encoder signal originates. What kind of spindle motor are you using? Standard 3 phase motor? Is the encoder stand alone? OR Is it integrated into the spindle motor?
You would likely need someone with an Oscilliscope to help you resolve this one if the basics can't cure it.
Also, when facing the spindle, when it turns clockwise, do the encoder counts in the PID screen increase or decrease?
