In the attached screenshot you will find the manual state to hook up to v4 and com on the power supply to position 1 and 2 on the oak board.
That's not what the picture shows though. Do you know which is correct? V3 or v4?

Was your power supply not prewired with the pigtail?

My power sully was pre wired. This is in reference to note one in the picture where they tell you to add two wires for bench testing. (Note the twisted pair in the screenshot). The words say hook it up to v4 (-12v) the picture shows these hooked it up to v4 (+24v).
I'm not sure which is correct. I think its v4 (+24v)

Bummer looks like the 15ft shielded cat5 cable didn't get included. Guess I'll have to call them on Monday. That sucks.

Re: Acorn VS Oak on a Mori Seiki SL1H Turning Center
Luckily I had a little 6" long shielded cable on hand that I could rob out of another machine.
Btw turns out v3 is correct on the power supply. The point of the oddball wiring for the bench test is to give power to the analogue output (vfd output in my case) so you can test the output for 0-10v depending on commanded rpm.
Bench test is complete everything checked out fine.
Guess I can start wiring now.
