probe settings acorn

is there a setting so after a z probe the probe will retract? i have a nc standard probe not the one from centroid.

if i am using probe to set z height offset it will prove down touch part and zero then just stay at zero point. there must be a way to make it move up a certain distance after it sets the z zero offset.

hello. hit "tool check" after probing and setting the Z zero (WCS) to retract the tool from the work.

hello. by definition the Probe Z cycle stops at the detection point so the operator has a chance to set the WCS for Z at that location. if it just retracted to some other location you would lose the probed position.
