CNC12 Graphing question.

Why is CNC12 displaying this tool like it is 3" in diameter? The G-Code was created with Fusion360 using Franco's post processor.

Each one of the parts is about 2.5" by 4"

What do you have the diameter set to in your tool offset settings on the Acorn?

Nope, since I have a router table without an automatic tool changer I've never even looked at it. I bet that's it.

Well, if you have a toolchanger, you have different diameter bits. If you setup the tool library according to the tools (and their diameters) you are using, the tool path would show up properly.

Keith did an very good tutorial on setting up tools on the Centroid YouTube channel, should pertain to routers as well.
