DRO and VCP Axis Mismatch

I am still slowly progressing on my CNC conversion and finally have my DMM servo drives and motors hooked up and running. I am running into an issue with jogging direction with the X and Y axis. They are mismatched on the DRO display and the VCP. For example when I jog the Y-axis the X-axis DRO updates and vice-versa when I jog the X-axis. I've tried changing the labels in the configuration and that does not seem to make any difference.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
