Is there a way using CNC12 to "free up" aux buttons 4-7 when not using the pendant?

Am I the only one that removed a pendant from a machine?

We are working on a fix for this. It should be in the next software update.

I have the pendant as well. I was able to set up the pendant macros just fine but having the pendant seems to be preventing me from using any of the on screen aux buttons.

Is this a similar bug?

In v4.12 aux keys and mpg macros are tied together. in the upcoming v4.14 release we have separated them so you can make an Aux key match the MPG macro key OR make them perform a different function, your choice.:-)

Thank you and I'm looking forward to see the difference on the router version. Not sure if you can say but will there be any wizard settings for tool a setting gauge, touch off plate and aux button assignments I want them to turn my fans on and off and my water cooler pump on and off?

I know all the things I want to do can already be done with custom macros, but I honestly have no idea how to write one yet and don't know where to look for a existing one so I can get a better idea of where and how it's done. I've looked at some of the posts and manual that covers those things but I am still confused on where and how it's done.

Once I get a little more time with the machine I will see if I can figure it out I just don't want mess anything up in the software since I don't know what I'm doing yet.

Or is it something that I can possibly pay Centroid to do for me? That would be the easiest for me since time isn't on my side these days.

Thanks Keith,
Dan
