I use the CNC PCs only for CNC, nothing else, for CAM and other stuff I have a very fast Z-Book.

M93 Tiny and Touchmonitor is more expensive than a AIO in Germany and I like to have less cables running in the workshop...

Im looking for a 2nd PC for my mill build. Anyone running the M93P model as per the update in the title. There is a lot of them on Ebay RN but they are twice as much as I paid for my M92P @ 100.00 bones. wonder if its worth it. I was going to go with 16Gigs of ram Vs my M92 has 8.

Lenovo ThinkCentre M93z with 23" Touchscreen
Intel Core i5-4590S
8GB Ram / 256GB SSD

Got it refurbed for 400 bucks :)

Tested on my mill first, very easy to swap CNC12 to an other PC, runs perfect

I found those also from a refurb site here in Germany. Seems like the perfect setup for a CNC machine. Are you still happy with yours?

Do you use the touch screen feature much or mostly the keyboard? One of these would fit nicely on my mill in the original control panel without a lot of modification.

Writing programs with keyboard, and controlling the machine, tool setup with VCP/Touch and the WMPG.

I buy refurbished units with a warranty and a clean install of win10pro. I then do all the updates for M$ and Lenovo drivers. Then I remove all not required for CNC operations

I also buy refurbished pc’s with a warranty and fresh in stall of Win10 Pro. I buy mine locally from a company that refurbishes surplus computers and I have a relationship with the company. He ONLY installs Win10 Pro and nothing else. I install Acrobat reader, NotePad++ and TeamViewer only. Nothing else on my CNC PC.
