I see a wire on the ENA pin of the drive. Remove it
You followed what I suggested?
Unplug the drives from Acorn, just pull the connectors off of it.
Follow the steps ine manual I suggested. STEPS 1 Through 5

There is a self test that rotates the motor WITHOUT BEING CONNECTED TO ACORN. Did you do that? Did it turn OR not?

Take things one step at a time. Gecko drive manual is trying to help you setup your motor and G214, TESTING that they work together BEFORE you connect to a motion controller like Acorn. This step needs to happen before you do anything else. That includes setting up current limiting.

What is the make and model number of your stepper motors?

So I got everything figured out and working a couple hours ago.

The problem was because I don’t have my limit switches and spindle hooked up yet it was giving me the faults. For now I have them all set to NO and had to invert the enable under axis inversion. I also spent a hour on the phone with Gecko and have the micro step set up for my setup as well. He was super helpful in explaining what everything does and what it’s for. Used a lot car analogies, I can understand that kind of tech lol. Anyway thank you very much for your time and help Marty, now I can get back to finishing up my wiring for my VFD and proximity sensors. I was able to test one of the sensors and it’s functional. I will post all my settings on my build thread when I’m done so hopefully it saves someone else 10hrs of frustration lol.
