Oh okay, so that is normal operation. So auto should go to 6k when from the program but only 3k when I hit the 100% button, got it.

100% button will set the spindle to whatever the current "S" word value is - not necessarily your Max spindle speed unless that is what is in the program.

Verified MDI control with Spindle and all appears normal. Feels good knowing my spindle is a bit closer to reality. I'm still off by a few hundred but at least I have the 0-6k control.
