Ether1616 Changed?

Post by Ryan Patterson »

Did the Ether 1616 just change or did I not order an incorrect option? I believe, when I placed the order the output relays were on the same Ether 1616 board. What I received is what now appears on the site with Ether1616 with 2 relay boards. Is there another option for the Ether1616 to have the relays on the same board. This method is going to take more real estate in the control cabinet.

no changes to the ether1616 since it was released.
manual is here.

most do an offset stack of the relay boards to save space.

maybe are you looking at our other expansion boards for AcornSix,Oak, Hickory etc which have on board relays and similar names?

My mistake. I was basing it on the 3d model. The printing on the board is PLCEXP1616. Possibly original design?

PLCAdd1616 is for Oak/AllI1DC not Acorn based boards.
Cheers,

The PLCEXP1616 is the version for the RedOak. I think it might also work with AcornSix.
