CSR on acorn 5.1
How do I change the CSR to correct the y axis? so the angle is along Y.

You can select the direction for the measurement points, but the rotation symbol will always appear on the X DRO.

are you talking about lining up a rotated part/stock to the Y axis?
OR fixing a machine that is not square Y to X?
