Still no motor movement.

Hi, today I tried to get the following to work, but nothing moved.
The acorn board is connected to my pc per instructions and I have the blue heartbeat showing on the board. So that’s ok. I am using the DB25 board, not sure if I should or not. The stepper driver is a stepper on line CL57T closed loop driver connected to a NEMA 23 motor, both items purchased as a set. I have also wired the e-stop into the system as per the wiring diagram. I am powering the driver from a separate 24v power supply then the acorn boards supply. I have the green led showing on the driver. The only thing I have changed in the software is to let the board know I am using the DB25 board. Yet I am getting know movement at all.
What is wrong. What can I look at. Thanks

What wiring diagram did you follow? Is the switch on the drive set to 5V? Is the enable line hooked up of not? Do the drives lock when powered up?

Please post pics of the wiring and a current report. We need a lot more info to be able to help you.

Also...from what I understand, use the Wizard. There are many easy-to-follow sets of instructions online for the Wizard data that needs to be correct.
