Re: Delta ASDA-B2 ACORN WIRING INFORMATION
I close the power supply , close the drive and evertything is to 00000
restart cnc12 , recove the reset , push the jog button and the motor start running non stop , i stop it by pushing to stop .
a window open saying that all the home are set .
first, all the home are unplug from the card .
and Al006 is on the drive .

can you swap out a known working drive? to try to isolate the issue. same with cables.
or put this problem drive on the know working system? etc..
divide and conquer to isolate the issue one component at time. SOP debug methodology.

Re: Delta ASDA-B2 ACORN WIRING INFORMATION
Al009 just means the position error exceeds what is set (i believe it is normally 60k pulses; look in the manual; it is some a parameter).
This generally happens if the drive is not tuned and/or it is put under recessive stress where it does not have enough power to overcome that.
You can monitor it in the Asdasoft scope. You can see how much current is used in %.
Assuming you are trying to move let's say 1 inch and the CNC moves the drive 20"; it means your gear ratio in the delta drive is incorrect. Al009 could be a symptom of this (if you suddenly reverse your car while you are driving 100mph on the highway... that also does not work well).
Just as a side note; Delta B2's and even A2's have ancient software versus the A3/B3 series. If you were ever planning an upgrade, I suggest the B3.

Re: Delta ASDA-B2 ACORN WIRING INFORMATION
Thanks Keigh
The drive are brand new . What Pxx-xx number I have to change for the ratio .I would have send you a video but the site don't accept .mov .
I there a other way to send you video , by PM or something else .
Do you have number that can be input in to asda soft for a base ( to get started with ) .I can't find the number because my drive are not link to the machine yet . It to unpredictable for now .
