Exactly, I see more posts about people having issues with that damn C86 and it makes me want to bang my head on my desk and scream WHY? Why complicate the wiring issues any more? Wire the servo directly to the Acorn and move on.

Have you wired yours directly to Acorn? What coloured wires go where? Why is that method not shown in the recommended configurations?

Yes, I have 4 Clearpath SDSK ELN series motors wired DIRECTLY to the Acorn on my ShopSabre plasma table that I retrofit for beta testing with Centroid. This information is available and there are multiple wiring diagrams that show this dating back to 2017, the latest revisions being S14971 or S14972. All wire colors and routing are in the diagrams from Centroid. Where are these “recommended configurations” you speak of?

It doesn’t matter if you are in Canada or any other country, it works. And the resistor values are on the wiring diagram from Centroid. Follow the diagram, it just works.

Yup, there are two choices, simple direct wire or a complicated, additional board to confuse you that's simply not needed. Seems like an obvious choice to me but I'm a simple caveman and your C86 board confuses me.

And the relay board for the HLFB signal that is recommended by Centroid is available right now with no waiting.

I see, I just totally misunderstood. I am new to this. A cabinet maker not an electrician. Do you have neat way to make all of the connections? I see that the enable wires require 2 sets of 3 and the rest look like single direct connections. Is there any difference of using a 5V or using 24V and using the contactor power supply? are these the correct resistors?

Did you just solder the resistors to the wires or something else?

Am I understanding correct, the blue, white and black wires connect to 5V?
