Will do. Dont have access to the machine to get a report. I asked here as it was directly related to the supplied code and hoped that someone could easily spot the error.

Ok, I suspect I know the answer. G91 doesnt work on lathes. Your example is a Mill.
I spotted this here - viewtopic.php?f=60&t=2887&p=21045&hilit=G91#p21045
So Ill find the correct format for a lathe. See, didnt need a report for that Of course a report would have identified it being a Lathe too.
