Nice work!
What is the small display in the upper right hand corner of your control panel for?

Thank you! The
display will be "spindle load". It will be driven by an analog output of the VFD showing a percent of rated output current.
I'll add the buttons, too..
Blue - tool check
Yellow - feed hold
Green - cycle start
Red - cycle stop
E-Stop
Power

Labels look awesome.
Have you thought about adding a USB port to the front panel for loading programs, saving reports, etc....
That way you won't have to open the control panel when you need to do those things.

Thank you! The control panel will be screwed closed. The Intel NUC front panel is accessible from the side away from the spindle. I use Dropbox and WiFi to handle any file transfers. The opening was existing. I’ll make a new cover that trims out the NUC front panel.

I use these snap in, panel mount, USB connectors. You can get them with 1-6 feet of cable to plug in to the back of your CNCPC. Dust cover is a nice, added feature. Around $8 online.

Originally, I had planned to do an external USB port or two like you guys are referring to. Like I said in my previous post, I have the front panel of the NUC accessible on the side of the control panel enclosure that’s away from the spindle. Should work out really well.

Hooked up motors to drives and was able to jog the table around.
Can't get the most basic homing to work:
Removed home/limit switches from the wizard to see if I could figure it out. Not sure what's up.
