2048 PPR which corresponds to 8192 counts / rev in the Wizard Steps per Rev.

so put 10 in Overall Turns Ratio and 8192 in the steps per rev.

like this.
gerber setup.png

and make sure to set the G320x multiplier to x1

SW2 “ON” and SW3 “ON” = Step pulse times x1

i can't tell the position of switch 2 (MUL1) in the photo of the dip switches ont he g320x that you posted, take a photo with the power off so the LED's aren't messing up the image. and please post the actual photos, these screen shots you are posting are terrible low res we can't zoom in to see anything very well.

Sorry, ran out of time yesterday. Your switches are in the right place for the step pulse multiplier. It is currently set to 1 times which is what we want.

describe the accuracy problem? what do you mean?
is the circle diameter wrong?
post the g code you are using.
have you measured the mechanical backlash of the machine?

I am sending to make a circle of 30mm in diameter, the machine does it but the circle is not perfect it has variation of up to 1mm, but for example a figure of straight lines if it does it to exact size
