So axis 1 and axis 4 works on Acorn. Axis 2 and axis 3 do not?

Did you miswire anything?
Perhaps you got a power surge and damaged it
Are you using the DB25 or the headers for axis control?

Wiring is all correct,i am using the the header connectors. As per my first post i did have a loss of power during a restart which is when this started.

I came in this morning and swapped all my connections to db 25 connector and the results are the same , no drive on 1 and 2

Also, have you been making all your changes from within the Wizard or have you been getting into the parameter settings?

Hi guys
Marty,
I have been at it again. First off i have been making changes in the wizard. Today i emailed Keith with centroid and he asked to perform a few things then post a report. At the moment all connections are as they were when i started. after doing what Keith suggested the outcome is the same );. I will post this report and see what you guys come up with next.

Thanks Jason

It sounds like there may be some issues on the Acorn board itself.
