Should be header.
I’ll check that out when I get back to my shop. If I remember, the alarm comes on the motor drive when it’s not connected to acorn. But I’ll check that out too when I get back to the shop. I really appreciate your input!
ALM and ENA should not need to be connected. Your drive should NOT show any alarm if its in a ready state.

Ok. I disconnected the alarm and ena has been disconnected the entire time. I also removed the input of the alarm from the drive in acorn. The motor moves now without trouble. But what to do next to get the alarm working? Any ideas? Pics attached of the wizard screen.

Here’s a thought: the ALM- on the driver is connected to common. And ALM+ is going to IN5 on acorn. Any issues with that?

That's what I would try. Assume all alarm outputs are NO (normally open). You will tie all drive Alm to the same input.
Now that you have the motor running, you can also connect ENA. Same, +ENA to +5vdc and -Ena to Acorn header EN. You will likely have to invert the ENA signal in the Advanced Tab of the wizard

It’s working now with ena connected (But not with the alarm) and as you mentioned I had to invert enable in the advanced tab.
I don’t understand the first part of your response though. What do you recommend I try? Assume it’s NO? If that’s the case then what do I do? Invert + and - connections for the alm?

The Input is called "DriveOK". Configure an Input in the CNC12 Wizard as "DriveOK" set it to NO and connect all drivers in parallel to that Input.

In the wizard I can drag and drop the inputs. They show up as green or red for NO and NC. But I don’t see how it lets me change the setting to one or the other. How do you change it in the wizard?

Just click the round icon with the Input number in it. When it's Green its NC and when it's Red it's NO. Clicking the icon will flip flop the status.
