please list which machine this report above is for. and what motors and drives are being used. make, model etc.

1.) please update to v4.20. the report shows this is an acorn system running v4.14 (free support for v4.14 has ended.)
2.) there are a large number of 944 errors

946 PC resending # 882
(4) 08-13-2019 19:26:54 944 MPU requested resend # 36
(4) 08-13-2019 19:26:54 946 PC resending # 889
(4) 08-13-2019 19:26:54 944 MPU requested resend # 37
(4) 08-13-2019 19:26:54 946 PC resending # 898
(4) 08-13-2019 19:26:54 944 MPU requested resend # 38
(4) 08-13-2019 19:26:54 946 PC resending # 909
(4) 08-13-2019 19:27:00 944 MPU requested resend # 39
(4) 08-13-2019 19:27:00 946 PC resending # 912

(4) 08-13-2019 19:27:07 907 Y axis travel exceeded

so there is not a good connection between the PC and the Acorn. are you using a shielded Ethernet cable? do you have virus software installed on the PC? do you have a straight connection from the PC to the Acorn (no routers, switches, USB adapters etc) what are the results of the ping test?
do you have the CNCPC configured as per the Acorn instructional video?

This report is for the Multicam Pro router which has an Acorn.

Please accept my apology. I still don't know how I got these mixed up again. Thank you for your patience.

This machine has four AC servo motors that are Allen Bradley/Electro-Craft N-3412-2-H00AA. These are powered by four Allen Bradley/Electro-Craft BRU-Series Advantage Line DDM-009 Servo Drive.

I will upgrade to Acorn V.20 tomorrow. Virus protection is turned off and the PC was configured according to the instructional video. The ethernet cable is shielded. I am certain of that. I will double check our configuration.

Thanks again.

Regarding our SCM/Oak pod and rail router, at the suggestion of CNCSNW, I increased the Deadstart from 3 to 5 and the DeltaVmax 3 to 5. It made all the difference. The machine now glides thru an arc at 600 ipm with no stutter or vibration.

This problem on the SCM/Oak is resolved and I will not longer include it in this thread.

Thank you CNCSNW.
