M-Codes 0-99 are fully customizable. Using M94/95 in a mfunc?.mac file, where ? is the number of the M-Code you want to modify, you can turn on or off any outputs.

Yes, that much I understand.
But is it practical to change axis parameters on-the-fly as I've suggested?
Is there any way to customize canned cycles, other than creating M-macros to mimic the same functionality?
Also, "M-Codes 0-99 are fully customizable" suggests M94/M95 are themselves customizable, which seems bizarre and amusing. Is that really true?
