page 28,29 and 30 of the release notes go over the changes related to keyboard jogging. this affects the shuttle since all the shuttle is, is a keyboard emulator. anyone can edit the shuttle .perf file to update it, i'll try to get to it as soon as i can and post an updated version of the Shuttle .perf file to match the v5.20 changes. i think the only thing that needs tweaked in the Shuttle .perf file is adding CTRL to the arrow key and page up dn key commands.

Well, I followed marty's post on all the settings in the shuttle software. They are all entered correctly and it still initiates the homing sequence on full turn of the outer wheel specifically and will not alter the jog increment. All other fucntions/buttons seem to work correctly.

Chances are Marty's post was for a previous version of CNC12 and uses the wrong keystrokes. You need to adjust the shuttle settings based on the release notes link cnckeith provided.

Changes are listed starting on pg. 28. The main difference on the keyboard is adding CTRL to each command.
