Is smoothing off or on? Should be off.

This g code is not ok if the router is not extremely rigid.

There will be more material removed between the two arrows, that is making the odd shape.

Make the helical down move not so steep, so it is doing several circles.

Why is vectrig doing circles with short vector G1?

Is there no option to use G2/3?

What you see there is the entry ramp into the material. It doesn't matter if I make an entry without a ramp, the result I get is the same. Please look at this video that I uploaded. It shows that the machine has good rigidity. This machine is practically like new. The Y axis is where the machine becomes disoriented.

If everything is ok, the circle would be perfectly round....

This is how the toolpath should look like.

I think you are just taking too big of a bite for that machine. What material are you cutting? Is it hard or soft? Looking at the g code that's roughly a 3/4" or 18mm thick stock. You are wanting to eat about 6mm at a time. Try cutting the same circle in 5 or 6 passes and see if the circle is round.

In the video you posted where you say "the machine is perfect in its movement" you can clearly see it's not on the dial indicator. If it were you'd stop on zero every time and it's clear it does not in the video. Don't shoot the messenger but those Gerber machines are not known for their rigidity or precision.

The g code looks good for a rigid machine, try making more passes and report back. Also try spiral ramping the full depth in 6 or so passes using the same feed rate and plunge rate. It's easier on the machine. I spiral ramp my holes and the g code looks like Uwe's image.

Hello dear friend thank you for replying, the material being cut is a pvc foam material is very soft, the machine no matter how it does the circle with spiral ramp or without ramp it is always the same result, when I say that the machine is perfect it is fine it does not return the clock to 0 but it has a loss of 0.01mm it is nothing significant after having made a travel of 2500mm in the Y axis. Right now I'm working with it and the machine is getting disoriented

Even a Kern will not mill perfect rounds ramping down only 1/3 turn, because the load is not spread even around the part and most mills are working better with < 5 degree ramping angle.
