Weird Things <resolved, recalibrated Z axis servo>
I was cutting a gear when something went wrong. The first gear, pictured on the right went fine. The second gear started cutting adifferent pattern. Any thoughts. Thanks

Looks like lost steps.
Maybe started in your Z axis there, then causing X or Y to lose steps when it dragged across the workpiece due to the lost steps in Z?
Are you plunging too fast with Z?
All speculation without more info.

Recalibrated the z axis servo and the issue seems to be resolved.
