Hello All,
So I just updated to 5.22 and to my surprise buttons on the VCP are now changed.
Spindle Clock wise, spindle counter clockwise and spin break are now gone.
I will figure it out but I don't understand why.
PFM Dave
There are no changes to these buttons in 5.22.
Did you make a fresh intsall for the update?
Uwe

not sure what you mean, did you use 'restore report' and put old stuff on a new build? or? tell us your steps you took to get to this position. photo/video would be very helpful. for what its worth, i haven't got any other reports about this type of issue

Keith,
I followed the instructions per the manual to install a fresh 5.22 install. I went back into the wizard and re entered all the data per the PDF created at the start of the process. I did install the new matching version of CHIPS and as I went to test the probe diameter I realized my spin break button was gone, see image.
After reading some notes online I found there are multiple default VCP skins, I found them in the wizard and got it restored with an older skin that included the spin break. Completed the CHIPS install and am up and running.
I do hope this helps.

Today I updated the VCP users manual with information about new features.
<app> : how to launch a program with a VCP button
<background> : how to use a .jpg as a background image
edited the <run> section for better clarity
added a reference to color picker and as well as other minor tweaks to improve the doc.
here is the link.

Minor typo: in the section describing the <app> option, you have "VC{" where you wanted "VCP".
