The part must be ca. 34mm with a 6mm mill at these points.
If not machine setup is wrong or the mill is not 6mm.

Yes the part is well under size by about 1.5, its definitely not the cutter. Weird I've produced loads of these. i think its the g code because its doing it on both machines and i know for sure the second machine has produced these perfectly - nothing has changed on that machine. also if i tell fusion the cutter is 4.5 mm. it cuts perfectly correctly with a 6mm end mill in the machine

Your report suggests incorrect calibration as you have both X and Y axis set to exactly 5.00mm/rev (and Z set to exactly 4mm). This is highly improbable and suggests you have not run any fine tuning. Carefully recalibrate each axis, resetting lash to zero before you start as that will need recalculating once fine calibration is completed.
Also double check your Step / Revolution for each axis as you have X and Y set to 2000 and Z set to 1600. If X and Y should be 1600 then this might account for a 25% error. In any case and as you know, these wizard settings must match the micro steps of each motor driver

Thanks for the reply, I will double check these settings on this machine. However, this doesn't explain the other machine (which was working very accurately) is doing the same thing with the same g code? It's very strange, i think tblough was on the right lines but I didn't understand exactly wjat he meant

I think its diameter offsets that i'm failing to understand even after going over the manual again, the penny refuses to drop. Any suggestions to help me understand?

Easy peasy, set up the tool in fusion to the real diameter, do compensation in PC with fusion, than the diameter in Centroid tool lib will not ave any effect, but you must use a mill of the diameter in fusion at the same tool# in Centroids lib.
