Here is the report after starting to configure cnc12 v5.10. I am not sure what to do about the ZRI inputs for the home sequence. I also tried to reset Home and was given a drive fault. I will get some pictures of the machine for you.

SO, when I was going through pictures of the machine to post I found the screen shots and notes I made when first converting the machine back in 2020. I went through wizard and got everthing put back in. I think I am moving down the right path know. I was able try to home the axis's but there is no movement in the drives or so it seams. No drive faults. Attached is report after the changes I made according to my notes from 2020.

you don't need to define an input with any canned functionality to use it, there is a good zri example in the macro programming guide, use that
