Limit alarms when trying to home
I get these limit alarms on all axis every time I try to home my machine.
I set limits in wizard but I still get these alarms and I can’t get seem to cure them. Anyone seen these before?

Re: Limit alarms when trying to home
It's probably not setup correctly. Please post a current report from the machine so we can see how it's setup.
Please read this topic and provide more info for others to help you.

Re: Limit alarms when trying to home
It's telling you your homing file is messed up or it's pointing to something that is not set up correctly for it in the mfunc 71 file.
From the wizard screen do a Control/P and that will make a pdf of your wizard settings. Then post it here so we can see it.

Re: Limit alarms when trying to home
you have no home switches defined in the input definitions menu therefore the home program has no idea what to try to home to.

and its best to choose manual squaring with axis pairing until you get everything else sorted, then save the auto squaring commissioning for last.

Ah! I had them in there so I’m not sure what happened to that. I will put them back in.
Thank you!
