If you are already doing manual tool changes, post each tool path as a separate file. Then, just do the tool change before running the file.
I actually found a way to get this added to the program. Seems Fusion added the tool. I followed instructions and in the simulation there is a stop at the beginning of each tool number. Then I'd changed tools and hit Cycle Start twice to resume.
Setup
Manual NC
Tool Change
Only challenge now ...getting the code to Centroid/Mill to cut the part.

If I'm using Fusion for a Tool Library AND to process the G-code should the tool library in Centroid be populated? Wouldn't this create a conflict?
You have to setup tools in CNC 12 like in fusion by hand.
With the next upcoming ProbeApp from swissi you can import fusion tool libs in CNC12.

Axis configuration in the Wizard, x1 Linear Jog Increment.

Not what I mean exactly. When I Reset Home and get 0,0,0 I turn my handwheel on the wireless MPG one click +/- X or Y and the DRO displays the expected amount. When I press the buttons on the MPG I get a number different than the 0.100 increment and even a different number when I click on the VCP. It's acting like some parameters are different somewhere.
I will remember the Wizard idea you shared, thanks.

So, My Tool Lib in Fusion needs to match my Tool Lib in CNC12?

I SEE IT NOW!!! The reference earlier to the Wizard settings is for BOTH the MPG & VCP. I also see that the INCR 1x is not 0.001" but 0.0001" and all else is a factor of that base. HOLY CRAP the light bulb just went off. I've been wondering "WTH is wrong" for over a week now. Man, this really helps. THANK YOU.

It is better this way because RTG is using the tool Diameter from the Lib for display, and if you use swissi PP with his M6 macro, data from CNC12 lib is compared to fusion and the values from CNC12 are displayed for a manual tool change.
If you use diameter compensation in CNC12, it MUST match to fusion.
