Hello,
Still having some minor issues with my lathe. In between tool changes sometimes the machine will pause and say code 109 waiting for memory m101. This is resolved by pressing cycle start. Workable but still annoying. Another more serious issue is on occasion, the tool turret will miss a tool by one slot. It only rotates in one direction and then reverses to lock. I think I just need to add a tad more time to the rotation time. Problem is I do not know which parameter to modify or what numbers to plug in.
Last issue is that I am getting a windows error box message saying that there has been a fatal error detected for cnc11 and the application will close.
This happens when the machine is first booted up and I load a program. I press the load button and the load circle comes up and then presents the above message. After for attempts at closing and reopening the program, it usually works.
I guess I am still working the bugs out of my custom PLC that centroid did for me.
Any help is appreciated.
Report is attached,
Ben Renard

Re: issues with my acorn emco lathe
At first you should get rid of your permanent resends.
The connection from PC to Acorn is not stable.
This causes in many occasions pause and needs pressing cycle start or an input from the WMPG to go on.
