Brake timing question.

Post by KD5FZX »

I have a question regarding spindle brake timing.

My spindle is using pneumatic spindle brake release. The brake release is activating a few hundred milliseconds before starting the spindle.
This is good, but my brake need a little more time between release and spindle start. is there any parameter to control this time delay?

Brake activates the same time as the spindle stops. Is there any way to delay the brake activation?

Thanks, and stay safe.
