I checked out the machine you built, wow great job building one from scratch. That thing is a beast how long did it take to build? I checked out their forum since it came up when I Googled the name. Sounds like those guys are drama like a lot of the cnczone guys. I had no idea how some of the people were until I started building my machine, I'm glad I made the right decision on the controller and electronics. This forum is great and there's no bs from guys who got their engineering degree from Google on here thankfully. We should start a project thread on here for the router guys, that's once my machine is finished of course JK.

Thanks again for the info for my machine..

Charlie,
Hello. thanks for posting the photos! nice work! I fixed up the photo rotation issue.
what type of work do you have planned for the machine?
Post a fresh report.zip file that way others can 'see' the CNC configuration you are using for this machine. thanks, Keith

Dan,
yeah there is a bit of drama there... and thank you
for the positive comments.
it took about 2 months to build if I remember correctly.
I think it was 6 years or so since I built it.
looks like your machine is coming along nicely.
I will try to help as much as I can I work a lot of hours
so I am not here much, check it when I can.

Keith,
thank you for fixing the photos, I am not into the online photo storage thing....
I am a sign maker I machine a product called dibond which is a sheet good with a pvc core
and aluminum skin on both sides used alot in the sign industry for custom shaped sign faces,
letters etc. I also do a bit of aluminum, for sign structures, letters, race car parts etc.

thank you,
Charlie
