Some recent stuff dialing everything in:
Mr. Kieth suggested I share it here so I am. The process has gone much slower than I hoped but life through curve balls at me. Setting up the acorn board was pretty simple and using CNC 12 has been very easy to learn. Fusion 360 started very overwhelming but each day it gets easier and easier.
Here is a brass and a titanium charm I made for my daughter and her friend (soft jaw work holding, engraving, chamfering, drilling).
A Sugar Skull while understanding how to import svg files (facing, engraving, chamfering (off zero lol).
Rotary Axis testing making facets(rest done on a lathe).
shx font exploring (facing, engraving, stock squaring)
testing engraving locating with multiple heights on an old 80 that was ruined by me lol.

Excellent looking engraving, what tool and what depth?
Great job, Gary.

Re: Some recent stuff dialing everything in:
Thank you Gary!
The first one and what I finally settled into is a 3/32 2F carbide end mill. The Other and one I can push harder is a 1.5mm tapered ball. I have been running them @ 15 inch per min with 2 passes at .002 each for a total of .004. The titanium was waaaay too hard and I broke it right away but slowed that one down to 5 im and it ran great. My learning curve was and still is getting a single row pass instead of tracing both sides of the line. The one stand-alone block above I finally figured that out with Romans.shx font and a new svg for the horse.

Re: Some recent stuff dialing everything in:
Well, it looks great. I would’ve figured it was deeper than that. Nice work!

Re: Some recent stuff dialing everything in:
Designing some slide work in Fusion and decided to test it first on some 440 stainless before pulling the trigger (photoshopped it on the slide also just to see if it will look ok) on the slide. I think it came out pretty good. It was a lesson in the limits of my end mill with radius corners. I had to redesign it several times before I figured that out.

Re: Some recent stuff dialing everything in:
Machine seems to be dialed in well and running great. I love the new CNC 12 updates. Did some more engraving testing and ordered a Tormach Diamond drag engraving kit to see how that goes.
