First project with CNC12
I recently changed out the control system on my 96x60x12 Shopbot. This is my first project: Tire mounting tool for Beringer wheels. We recently upgraded the brakes on our aircraft to Beringer and they needed this tool to mount the tires. We could have bought the set for $500 but for scrap wood and $8 in threaded rod, I made it myself. Nothing fancy or exotic but it is proof of life for my controller changeout. Now the question is: Was it worth it?

Very cool, I have Matco wheels and brakes on my 2007 CZAW SportCruiser. I just put new tires on it late last year and didn't have any need for a special tool like this, must be a Beringer thing. 
Any control swap to Acorn is worth it, it's the best controller on the market with service and support that's second to none.

Aircraft gross weight is around 5000 lbs. so stiff tires.

3D printed cable gland for ethernet cable.
I was dissatisfied with the existing ethernet cable and the new one I bought (cat8) wouldn't fit thru the standard gland so I made a new one with my Prusa MK3S+ in Amazon Basic black PLA. Modeled in Fusion 360.
Parts: The central "bolt" is split in half so that it can be attached behind the connector. Note the serpentine duct for a better seal and to keep the cable from pulling.
Finished part installed.
