Please consider this unresolvable.

Followed the drawing. Only 4 wires. Bad motor? It works when wired to a g201.

Why would 201s work and 214s not work. I have a revision 2 that works but 3 revision 3s that do not.

So are you saying I should be asking him for help?

Hi, I am having issues with my g214's moving on there own when I start cnc12. Have you had this problem? What revision version are your drives? Thanks

I don't see that is the VFD. It is in a separate cabinet and wasn't powered when I ran the tests.

Have no idea where to look, what to try, that I haven't already. I have also rewired everything step by step about 10 times. I have also replaced the Beagle bone and reflashed the software. Marcus thought it may be an Acorn programming issue and suggested Centroid look into it. So it looks like this...

The 201 drives work fine. I have started at the beginning 3 times in the past 4 months with 2 different iterations of the drives.

One motor connected to acorn with software running ok.
Start software, motor began moving.

Did this with Marcus as well, trying each drive and motor combination with the same results.

All wiring is shielded. Have you tried hooking up 3 motors?
