You will need a good distribution point for the 5VDC and 0VDC (COM) that you will be using for all of the input switches and sensors, Its going to the right of the centroid controller on the wall, havent installed them yet. i would suggest posting up a wiring diagram of how you have it wire to the vfd, just to start clearly.

Marc Leonard (cncsnw) can be retained to help you with the PLC mods. He is reasonable, knows the PLC well and is worth every penny.

No. If you want to slow down all your rapids, you can go to Machine Configuration -> Jog Parameters table and reduce the numbers in the Max Rate column. was wanting to use a knob with inputs. Well im blind it does have orient spindle sensor. Still need to know about clamped and unclamped sensor being needed?
