I just tried inverting Enable in advanced tab, everything still locked and nothings move. It seems i really need to add the 5VDC to pin 1/2/3 (step/dir/enable positive) and wire Acorn to the pin 6/7/8 (step/dir/enable negative) instead... I disconnect the Enable and test as you suggested. I did not invert the Enable in Advanced tab because you wrote that I need to do that only if once Enable disconnected I am able move the axis manually (not locked) which is wasn't the case.

Did you replace the original stepper drivers or reuse the original ones? Did you connect to the Acorn headers for Step Dir signals or did you use the DB25?
