If there is nothing plugged into H2 (the smaller power header), then I assume you have a 4-wire plug from the power supply plugged into H3 (the larger power header)? What is the DC voltage between the yellow wire and either black wire, on the power plug on H3? sorry i missed this one Yes there is a...

i also checked fuses on F1 F2 F3 for continuity, looks like the only 2 plugs that arent plugged in is H2, and TP7

i also put a meter on the axis power terminals while trying to jog.. reading 0 volts. i can turn the servo motors by hand and the dro positioning works

H12 is plugged in the contactor clicks in and out when i press the emergency stop

i am getting 115.3 volts at VM+ to VM GND

FOUND IT ! when you mentioned H11 i looked and realized there was no plug attached to it.. buried beneath the board was the orange plug for H11 connected that, jumped the lube float and it is working fine... red when open and green when jumped .. Hopefully one last question. the machine is ready and...
