Drive shows rdy indicator,, but when signal sent, nothing happen,, is this drive need 24v to enable it?

And yes,, oc4 was previously attempt use to power some relay to make swicth for hand router that i use for the spindle,,and it doesn't work,if u remember few years ago i do have ask u in the forum for that matter,, i think that was a cause,short circuit, maybe,,i thought output is 24v,,

Ok thanks for the advise, i will work on that , i just finish hook up the wire to control the drive,, the wierd is, when m4 s100 is cycle, and oc 5 is power on relay spindle do not run,, and wire for relay oc3 receive 24v also,, is that normal? Or setting on the driver was set incorrect, or wire pro...

The Input/Output screen shot shows that M3 should trigger output 3 and that M4 should trigger output 6 M3 is trigger output 3, spin foward, m4 is trigger output 5 spind reversed, is that what u means? So what happens to output 4,, Yes and you have Output four set for Mist. M7 turns it on, M9 turns ...

That terminal block is a buss bar, i modify, 24vdc is on the leff, 0vdc is on the right,,24v coming from power supply an distribute for other uses,, and yes 24v relay board got the power, and i connect it to com terminal,,

Yes marty,, i do the above test already,, m3s1000, and relay is not swicth on, is turn on when put m4 command is typed,, and then m5 is turn the relay off, but when i swicth oc4 to oc3 for spindle foward in the wizard, and is function after test with mdi, m3s1000 oc3 relay is on,,m5, ciyle start is ...

Here the picture, 24v is from power supply to com,, and oc3-oc8, i test by manual swicth spindle, reversed is ok oc5, got the light on relay module, and relay is respone,, but not working on oc4,, i change oc4 to oc3, and its work,
