I read his post as M3 and M5 don’t turn it off and on when it’s set to spinfwd. Something’s fishy.

Set the output to “output 4” and use M 64 and M 84 to turn it on and off.

Is there an advantage to higher micro stepping the Leadshine drive or is there only so much the motor can do?

Is anyone here on the forum using one of the 23" Dell or HP all-in-one pc's with a touch screen? I'm interested in getting one of these and would hope not to have any "sticky button" issues.

I personally wouldn't want my machine to have to home before any other movement on start up. I don't park my gantry near the homing sensors and it would take a long time to home upon start up if I wasn't able to jog near the sensors.
