Re: Wiring Diagram/Schematic Software
I use AutoCAD 2016 and in the schematic zip file from Centroid there are DWG files for every PDF schematic. I dont have the electrical toolset. I took the one for the Leadshine drive and modified it so it's exactly like the wiring on my machine. Changed the VFD to match my Fuling VFD, Omron home swi...

Re: How do I get M3 & M5 commands to trigger Output 4 on relay board?
I read his post as M3 and M5 don’t turn it off and on when it’s set to spinfwd. Something’s fishy.

Set the output to “output 4” and use M 64 and M 84 to turn it on and off.

Re: Odd issue. My acorn not moving to commanded distance.
Is there an advantage to higher micro stepping the Leadshine drive or is there only so much the motor can do?

Re: Sticky Jog Buttons
Is anyone here on the forum using one of the 23" Dell or HP all-in-one pc's with a touch screen? I'm interested in getting one of these and would hope not to have any "sticky button" issues.
Thanks
Thanks

Re: Tool Setting Options For Routers and Mills
I'm quite happy with the wireless tool height setter. Are you up for sharing your M6? I missed your last question about sharing. I'm going through it and cleaning it up right now and will try to make a video on how it works and post a link. I'd be glad to share it once I have it all cleaned up. I c...

Re: Possible inexpensive PC
I bought my CNC machine used and it came with a Dell Optiplex 760 which has only 4GB ram and is a E8400 Intel Core 2 Duo Processor running at 3 Ghz (it was running mach3 with a USB XHC controller) and so far I have had zero issues with it. I replaced the old HD with a 120GB SSD and had Win10 pro ins...

Re: Tool Setting Options For Routers and Mills
Thanks for the reviews I was a bit worried as the machine I bought used that I retrofitted came with the XHC mach3 usb controller which was mediocre at best and it also came with XHC pendant that worked intermittently and seems to be dead at the moment. So the XHC name scares me a bit and I was even...

Re: Tool Setting Options For Routers and Mills
Can anyone report back that is using the wireless XHC tool setter on whether you like it or not? I have my own wired version which is just a fixed plate in the front, right corner of may table that works just fine but was curious about the XHC version. I'm interested in a version with a spring loade...

Re: Home/Limit Switch Design Lessons - Questions
I personally wouldn't want my machine to have to home before any other movement on start up. I don't park my gantry near the homing sensors and it would take a long time to home upon start up if I wasn't able to jog near the sensors. I personally think everything is great as is and will be even bet...
