Just wanted to update this thread that my question is resolved, thanks to help from Eric Schimelpfenig! I modified a macro that Eric developed (was able to keep all of my prox sensors on separate inputs) and my machine does home correctly and autosquares as well. Thanks Eric!

Interesting. I will watch this thread. Based on the specs it looks like the meanwell power supply could power that switch just fine...I don't have 115v power in my control box, so wasn't sure how I was going to do this. That's too consistent a problem to be missing steps, I would say...check the value for revolutions per inch on the X axis maybe?
