solved the issue with the Y axis. The problem turned out to be the encoder cable going to the MPU11 board. The problem would only show up when the cab;e was bent in a certain way. This cable is the only part of the entire system I did not replace, until now.

I was changed back for the benchtest.cnc program. I have to have the faults pins on the H11 connector permanently jumpered because I'm not using the 4th axis right not. I figured out the invalid character issue. I was following the manual and it said to label all axis drives N instead of X,Y,Z. The part program was looking for X not N. I then had to kill the encoder error messages with 255 in parameter 332-335. This allowed the program to run. The spindle analog ou...

I'm using teco servo drives and motors. There like sigma 2 copies
750watt. I also did jumper the fault section on the drive plug h13. I had no faults estop pulled in. I will up load the files again not sure what happened.
