Re: CNC11 to CNC12 issues
Note that if you follow TB311 and transfer only your Parameters (cncm.prm.xml) and Configuration (cncmcfg.xml), then you will lose your software unlock codes (cncm.unl.xml), software travel limits, return point locations, and WCS locations (cncm.wcs), tool descriptions and offsets (cncm.tl and cncm...

Re: KP3 and TT1 (Resolved)
You can use the DP4 instructions to setup the KP3. I have attached schematics below for the cables you have. A KP3 specific manual is in the works. The main difference between Acorn and Allin1DC/OAK use with the KP3 is the special inverting cable that is required. If you want to use KP3 with both Ac...

Re: G540 drive fault with MDI
We found the issue. Lube pump was tied to output 1. Output 1 was assigned to a pin 1 on the DB25. The lube pump output would change state and this would cause the G540 to fault when you entered MDI. I was able to jog each axis if I wasn't in MDI. I tried unmapping Output 1 from pin 1 on the DB25 but...

Re: "Post" Format Using Inventor HSM
I got your voicemail. Are you seeing the post fail when you post in inventor or are you seeing this when you try to run the program on the control? Can you post some screen shots showing what error messages you are getting? Thanks.

Re: X AXIS Lost Drive
Parameter 35 is set to 1 which means the control thinks encoder input 1 is your spindle. They is typically set to 5 or 6. This is why there is an S next to axis 1 in the PID menu.

Re: X AXIS Lost Drive
This is A900681. Manually turn the ball screw to move the axis back towards the middle of travel. Now switch the limit defeats for the X axis to on. This should be the first two dip switches. See if you can Jog the axis. IF you can, the drive is fine. Now switch the defeats off. Verify your limit sw...

Re: 411 Full power without motion
Contact support for an RMA. That is a transformer. I would assume that axis is blown. Every component on that axis will be replaced. Min repair cost is $375. That is what I charge for a high side axis repair. If it has other issues or takes many cycles of repair and testing, the cost might be $450 o...
