I figured out the threading feedrate issue.. I had too fast of spindle speed for the threading op. Once I slowed the spindle down, all is well.

Where can I find out more about the one hit buttons. Is there somewhere where I can download the macros that make these one hit functions work? For information about one-SHOT buttons, see page 310 in the mill manual, or page 236 in the lathe manual. Is there a new lathe manual? Page 236 of the 4.20...

Uwe - How do you do the block 2 and 3 in the video? This is where you are positioning the cutoff tool and a M200 to pull the bar out to the cutoff tool? How do you do this in Intercon?

I'm finally back on the lathe. I had a motion issue that I think is solved. I won't know until I run a few programs. I'm looking at this motor and drive. Looks like it will physically fit in the space and is 1,700oz-in closed loop.

What is the voltage with the Acorn6 connected? Try raising it such that the voltage, when loaded is >24vdc.

Also, I'm curious what your six axis will be?
