Marty I cut the rapids as you suggested, then used indicator on X Y full travel amounts, the X had .004 deviation and the Y had .003 so the table is not perfectly flat. I wonder if Gib adjustment would help get me closer say within .001 or do you think i would have to scrap the table in? I did drill...

And good god i hope it us not a noise problem, however if it turns out to be that, maybe i could run 120 volts instead of 220 volts.
