I followed this document...ignore where I penciled in VAC...it was late last night when I was trying to decipher l. I have checked this with multimeter as well as physically tracing it out.

The buttons work but the CNT1 24vac coil is not energized.

Am I missing something?

Up early and got both push buttons that say "Emergency Stop" working correctly. Now on to tbe VFD. Since we have a spinde fault I am assuming that is why I still do not have a working coil on CNT1.

Still not getting power to the E-Stop for some reason. It is pretty hard to provide guidance here without seeing your as-built wiring diagram. I have a working E-stop now. Still no power to the coil of CNT1 however.
MPG1 encoder error and Spindle fault. I expect the SF since I have not got the VFD fully wired yet.

Appears that I had my wires crossed on the e-stop. Even after fixing them I get no power to the A1/A2 contacts when I manually disable the Input11 .
What Am I missing here? Some sort of Fault....but not finding one.

Question for those smarter than me...


These two wires coming from the servo motors (Anilam Installed MTS30M4-59)
They connect to the drive amplifiers as COM and TACH. Do I need these? Trying to troubleshoot using Tech Bulliten #286.

Not getting any power, 24vac to the coil on my latest CNT1. Curious why I cannot find a part no. 14374 anywhere on the main site? If the part numbers are listed in the documentation (S14746.DWG that was included with my kit), I assume I should be able to find them? Are they not for sale? Currently h...
